1、被清洗的零件要整齊地放在運輸帶上,不許壓在滾輪上。

2、在運輸帶上,被清洗的零件不能堆得過多,以免影響清洗效果。

3、葉類蔬菜清洗機工作后,被清洗的零件不能停放在運輸帶上,按停止按鈕,使全機停止運行。

4、清洗液應(yīng)定期添加水和一定比例的金屬清洗劑以補充消耗,使液面保持在一定高度,如果清洗效果達不到規(guī)定的工藝要求時,應(yīng)全部更換清洗液。
