挑揀切分:主要取出不可食用的部分,并將原料初步切分出料。單層或者雙層結(jié)構(gòu),采用食品級(jí)別的工作臺(tái)面,人工挑揀切分后將處理后物料通過(guò)輸送帶輸送到下一道工序,廢料通過(guò)拆卸的廢料斗排出。配套生產(chǎn)線使用,工位數(shù)可根據(jù)不同需求定制,生產(chǎn)效率明顯提高。

切割:切割是凈菜加工中的重要部分,傳統(tǒng)切割依靠可調(diào)速電機(jī)手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)輸送帶速度達(dá)到切割不同規(guī)格尺寸,同時(shí)刀具較為鈍銼,切割面不光滑,易腐爛變質(zhì)。利杰食品機(jī)械切割設(shè)備采用高速旋轉(zhuǎn)刀具,三維切割,切割表面光滑,易存儲(chǔ)。同時(shí),可以通過(guò)更換快速更換刀具實(shí)現(xiàn)不同規(guī)格切割需求。

清洗:臥式混合螺旋水流清洗物料,物料分散均勻,螺旋水流分離物料與雜質(zhì),較重雜質(zhì)集中沉積錐形槽體底部,輕質(zhì)雜質(zhì)通過(guò)槽體過(guò)濾裝置排出。物料隨水流出料,不傷及物料,后端采用震動(dòng)輸送,上段配清水二次噴淋,提高清洗效果。 清洗采用多級(jí)清洗,一次清洗可選配臭氧發(fā)生裝置,殺滅細(xì)菌,分解農(nóng)藥殘留;二次清洗可選配冰水機(jī)組,降低物料溫度,減緩物料呼吸輕度,延長(zhǎng)存儲(chǔ)時(shí)間。

The heavier impurities are concentrated at the bottom of the conical tank, and the light impurities are discharged through the tank filtering device. Ozone generator can be selected for one-time cleaning to kill bacteria and decompose pesticide residues; Ice water unit can be selected for secondary cleaning to reduce material temperature, slow down material respiration and prolong storage time.
保鮮:保鮮是凈菜加工中重要的環(huán)節(jié)。保鮮除在清洗中的冰水機(jī)組降低溫度外,采用變頻離心脫水脫去物料表面水分,通過(guò)變頻控制脫水時(shí)間和脫水速度,達(dá)到不同蔬菜的脫水需求。脫水完成后,采用氣調(diào)包裝完成的包裝工序,以惰性氣體置換包裝袋中的空氣,起到減緩物料呼吸的作用,延長(zhǎng)存儲(chǔ)時(shí)間。
Fresh keeping: fresh keeping is an important link in clean vegetable processing. In addition to reducing the temperature of the ice water unit in cleaning, frequency conversion centrifugal dehydration is used to remove the surface moisture of materials, and the dehydration time and dehydration speed are controlled by frequency conversion to meet the dehydration needs of different vegetables. After dehydration, modified atmosphere packaging is used to complete the final packaging process, and inert gas is used to replace the air in the packaging bag to slow down the breathing of materials and prolong the storage time.
